Senior Photographer

SARAH

I’m the kind of person who loves solo road trips, gets way too excited over sunsets, and will absolutely pull over if the light looks pretty

I don’t photograph perfect weddings.

I photograph people having the best day with the people they love!

We’ll chat.

We’ll laugh.

I’ll probably tell you to stop thinking so hard.

And somewhere between all of that, you’ll forget there’s a camera in front of you.

That’s usually when my favourite photos happen.

Having fun is key

The dance floor,

the champagne pops,

the uncontrollable laughter—that's where I feel most at home.

If your idea of a perfect wedding ends with sore feet from dancing,

I might just be your photographer.

Story Teller

I’ve always loved the little moments that most people don’t notice.

Your mum fixing your tie one last time.

Your grandma quietly watching everything unfold.

The relieved look on your face after the ceremony is finally over.

Those tiny moments often end up meaning the most.

adventurer

Outside of weddings, I’m usually travelling somewhere, hunting down cute cafés, or accidentally planning road trips that involve far too many waterfalls. I think that’s why I love weddings so much — they’re full of little adventures too.

Every couple is different, every family has their own quirks, and no two celebrations ever feel the same.

How I work

I communicate.

Before every shoot, we understand what matters most to you, what you're excited about, and what you'd rather avoid. The better we understand you, the less we need to direct you.

I move with purpose.

We don't spend an hour chasing one photograph.

Once we've got the shot, we move on.

Because every minute spent repeating poses is a minute you could have spent enjoying your wedding.

I keep you natural.

The less you're thinking about posing, the more your personalities come through.

That's where the photographs become meaningful.

what they have to say

He immediately felt like an old friend - he was very warm, friendly, and candid from the initial consultation process, all the way to the outdoor shoot and wedding reception shoots as well.

WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY

Michael made the entire process (from creative calls & actual shoot) very easy and comfortable for both of us. His outgoing and friendly personality made us feel like it was one of our friends taking our photos.

WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY

Michael, you instantly made us feel at ease throughout the entire shoot. You weren’t just taking photos, you were capturing genuine moments and emotions, all while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. We loved how you chatted with us between shots, made us laugh, and helped us relax completely. It truly felt like we had a friend behind the camera — and that made all the difference !!

FAQ

Why do you call yourself a documentary photographer?

Because your wedding already has a story.

I'm not there to rewrite it—I'm there to preserve it.

The laughs, the tears, the chaos, the quiet moments... those are the things that become priceless years from now.

What if things didn't went smoothly?

Because you'll never remember how perfectly your bouquet was angled.

You'll remember how your mum looked at you.

Will you tell us what to do?

Yes... but probably a lot less than you think.

I'll give you simple prompts instead of complicated poses. Think of me as someone nudging you in the right direction rather than directing a movie.

Most of the magic happens when you stop thinking about the camera.

What's the one thing you want every couple to remember?

Be present.

Seriously.

Your wedding will fly by faster than you think. Don't spend it worrying about timelines, your dress, or whether your hair is still perfect.

Laugh a little louder. Hug people a little longer. Dance like nobody's filming.

I'll take care of the photographs.

You just focus on making memories worth remembering.
